You had no idea yoga could be so powerful until you start taking classes here. Dynamic instructors, amazing vibes and loud music. It’s amazing. Start with the slow flow. You will be addicted in no time.

Best yoga studio hands down in the Indianapolis Carmel Indiana area. Focused on the 8 limb path of Ashtanga with incredible creativity in flows at all levels. All are welcome.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and I’m obsessed. The heat really makes a difference. I have loved every instructor I’ve had. All the classes are great! I love the addition of Pilates and sculpt. I feel like I get a really good workout along with a calmer mind. I feel stronger than I have in years.

Welcoming, warm, dark room without mirrors. I have been attending yoga classes here for 10+ years. My safe haven! Nothing but great things to say about the quality of the classes here. ❤️
