I called Alexander Appliance Repair or Alexander . ..... by Migali whatever is the real name, to repair my Thermador refrigerator/freezer which was not cooling. A Technician from Sunny appliance repair showed up and his diagnosis was a faulty compressor which needed either be replaced for atleast around $2000.00, maybe even more or buy a new refrigerator. The same refrigerator almost $7000.00. I was charged $129.00 for the diagnosis. Thank God, we brought a second repair company. The Technician replaced the compressor start relay a $75.00 part right away and the refrigerator started cooling. After couple of hours the refrigerator/freezer was back to life, working perfectly. I paid the second Technician $391.00 including the 70.00 diagnosis (not 129.00 for wrong diagnosis like the first one)) and 75.00 for the new part. The rest of it was for the labor costs. I am very happy that my refrigerator is back and won't trust Alexander Appliance Repair or Sunny appliance repair companies for any other services in future.
