Thrive is just an all round joy. Megan is a great personal trainer : informed, encouraging and adapts her varied programmes to your individual needs . I have gained physical strength and confidence along the road and unexpectedly enjoyed every minute. ( unexpectedly because I am NOT a natural gym attendee! ) Try it ....you might just love it!

Megan is a fabulous trainer. I started training with her a few years ago to build strength. Megan has worked with me to increase my strength. Her understanding that life does not always go to plan has helped me stick with my goals. I can hardly believe that I am about to compete in my first powerlifting competition! I also feel like I have joined a community of lifters. My buddy training groups have been great and I have loved getting to know different people. I also love the regular events so her clients can get to know each other.

The Thrive community is the best. If you want good vibes and positive motivation, this is the place. Completely changed my relationship with exersize from a punitive pursuit to a positive one. I was actually excited to get to a 630am session (late as usual, but that's genetic, not motivation related). Megan knows her stuff and puts a lot of time into preparing a strategy for you. She actually listened to what I wanted and how I wanted to go about it. She has excellent emotional intelligence and adapts her style to where you may be emotionally on a particular day. This was really important as it kept me coming back. She also has great exercises if your body is not quite up to it on a particular day. It's very affordable. Individual sessions are good, but the small groups are the best! It's full of diverse, interesting, down to earth people. I always left feeling motivated for the day. And my god, these people can lift. Nothing is more humbling than a mid 30s mother of two who's squatting double what I am! It is, by far, the cleanest gym I've ever been in. Everything is in place! There's loads of pride in the way it's setup.

I have been training with Megan for ten years. She has literally changed my life for the better. Her expert coaching prior to my bi-lateral knee replacement surgery was instrumental in a highly successful outcome. She then trained me for successfully achieving an Australian Powerlifting record. She focuses on one's individual health and dietary requirements, always being thoroughly prepared for each training session. Megan is a superb professional coach.....with a lovely sense of humour!

I’ve been training with Megan for several years now - best decision I’ve made! Megan has helped me reap the benefits of powerlifting and strength based training, whilst providing a positive and supportive environment. If you’re looking for an experienced PT, look no further than Megan.
