I took my Seiko in for watchband pin replacements (2). I was referred to him by the local Kays Jewelers. The owner-proprietor was friendly and courteous. The charge for replacing the 2 pins was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to go back.
My Baume et Mercier watch began to lose time. Local jewelers were unable to get the back off. I chose this place since it was a recommended repair shop for these watches. They got the back off, found a weak battery and called me with this info. They wanted to keep it over the weekend to make sure this was the whole problem. They mentioned if this did not fix it I would need the time keeping mechanism replaced and this would be a higher charge. They called me back the next week and told me that it was keeping good time and did not need the more expensive repair. They sent it back to me and charged me about $20 total. To me it shows they are both competent and honest.
I brought my Rolex Daytona to have them fit a Rubber B strap that I purchased for it. I brought the watch and strap to a big name store in Dallas prior, and they were unable to properly fit it for me. Krish took care of it quickly, without problems, and without even charging me! Very nice gentleman and very knowledgeable. He walked me through each step of the installation. I highly recommend him and will be bringing all of my watches that need servicing to him.
The friendliest place! I just bought a rolex without knowing anything about watches. They helped me understand how my type of watch works and it impressed me how knowledgeable they are. The cost for the clean and 2 new parts was very reasonable and completed within a timely fashion. My watch is several years old but it looks brand new! I recommend this place 100%!
I had a great experience here. I took two watches in, both needing batteries. They were repaired in less than 10 minutes and he even took the extra time to clean my watches and make sure they were set correctly. The price point was perfect and the service was great
