This is the third time i brought my boy for grooming here. I’ve tried so many places to groom him, but i think TTR is the best place for him. I know sometimes he’s not an easy pup to handle with, but they handle him pretty well and we are really satisfied with the results! Thank you TTR 🥰🥰🥰

It was my first time bringing Ruby here for grooming, and I had such a great experience! Booking was super easy through the website — I only have one day off each week, so being able to schedule everything online was really convenient. The next morning, I arrived on time and had a quick chat with the groomer about how short I wanted Ruby’s hair. After just a little over an hour, they called to let me know she was all done — so fast! Ruby looked really happy and comfortable afterward, and her haircut was adorable. They even gave us a little treat and a cute pink collar, which was such a lovely touch. Highly recommend this place — friendly, efficient, and caring service! 💕🐶

We see Jess and she honestly understands the assignment when it comes to keeping Mr Bentley looking beautiful and lush. From day one, Jess has been amazing – I’ll never forget the first time I spoke to her on the phone. She was so kind, helpful, and even gave me tips and recommendations on how to keep Bentley’s coat long, healthy, and gorgeous between appointments. Maria is also super helpful when it comes to booking appointments – always friendly and accommodating, which makes the whole process so easy. If you’re looking for a groomer who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, Tiny Tails Retreat is it. Mr Bentley always comes home looking like a show dog, and we couldn’t be happier!

Not sure should we go back, recommend to someone and get the service again or not…we had talked the style before the service. We mentioned teddy bear style but what turned out is just wordless and very disappointing. The picture before service and after service…if i knew they would do this to my dog, I would have groomed him myself….

Got both of our fur children the full spa treatment. We were very happy with the cuts, the place and the friendly team. Jess even managed to cut the hair of our dog who does not like one single human except us. Highly recommended!
