Extremely frustrated with my experience here. I was the first one in the door today at 7:30AM with an appointment I made online through their website for a VA state inspection. I was told when I walked in that their appointment system is not for state inspections and that there were 4 cars in front of mine that had been left overnight. I was told that it could be completed and that I would be getting a call in the afternoon. The afternoon came and went. I called around 3:30 to check the status and was told that one car was ahead of mine. Knowing they closed at 7, I went in at 6:30PM thinking surely it would be done. My car was in the garage in a bay. I was told that the inspection was started but not finished as parts for another vehicle came in. When I explained that I had to have the car back for the next day, they brought the car around and told me that if I could leave it, there was still ONE CAR AHEAD OF MINE. Even though they were part way through my own inspection. Save your time and don’t waste it here. Not coming back.

My wife took her car in to get the tires rotated, and they even checked all the fluids for her because she was going on a road trip. She said the staff were professional, thorough, and did a great job. We’re both really impressed!

Let me say I’ve been using this location for probably around 10 years. They have always done consistent, great quality work for a great price. But this past visit they went above and beyond. I had to get my state inspection done and so I took it here. But a few days prior I had a trip and was in desperate need of an oil change so took it to take 5. When I had taken it here to get my state inspection they notified me that take 5 had not correctly assembled my car back together from the oil change and thus the oil was running very low. There was oil everywhere. But out of courtesy they topped the oil off and cleaned the oil as best as they could, as well as took pictures to show me how the car was incorrectly assembled by take 5. They also got the inspection done within a day and a half while most other places said it would take 3 days to get it in and another 5 days to finish inspection.

I was a walk in (Centerville location) with a completely flat tire (screw) providentially directly in front of their strip mall. They were busy but took the time to get my car in and fix tire. I’m so grateful I wasn’t stranded somewhere with grandbabies in the car. Excellent repair, fair price and I was on my way! Thank you again!!
