If I could give 0 star, I would. The person who answered the phone was a real jerk with an attitude. While trying to get an estimate, instead of asking the proper questions (what kind of car do you have, etc) so that he could look up the kind of tires I have. He asked me directly what kind of tires I have. I told him that I was driving and had to ask him couldn’t he just look it up. He then looked it up and said that it was 1 of 2 kinds of tires. I told him which one I thought it was, then I pulled over to look at my tires to tell him specifically which ones I have. He responded with a smart remark, “See I would have looked up the wrong ones…”He gave me the estimate, then he claimed my phone was breaking up and hung up. That was a lie and his way of hanging up. I will not do business with this place who hire jerks like him. A.I would have spoken better to me (smh).
I am very big on customer service & integrity, I am very disheartened at several experiences I have had at this shop. I will never recommend or go back to this place at all. The manager is very nasty & unprofessional. I have never experienced such racism & discrimination it is really sad people in the world can treat someone so poorly based on the color of their skin. I have spent so much money in this shop recently only to have to go some where else to have another shop fix a problem this shop stated they did. What type of establishment would intentionally mess up a customers car??? What type of establishment discriminations against you for the color of your skin. They did not even try to make the situation right after messing up my vehicle where it almost caught on fire. Shame on the manger for not doing his job & making sure my vehicle was safe. It could have very well ended badly for me & child. I am thankful I am still here & God protected us. Proceed with caution when going here, especially when dealing with the manager.
This shop, is miserably slow and if you watch the employees work through the glass there it looks like amateur hour with multiple people looking at some bubbling air from a tire leak. One woman I was there with this evening it only took them 3 hours to fix the screw in her tire haha. I had set my appointment up online only to get to the location and find out they needed to order my tires. Which they did and they got there same day, so I got back there and checked in. At 2:10p I jokingly sent a message to my wife I was going to miss dinner at this rate, then at 6p when they closed they couldn't wait to cash me out and get me and everyone else out the door. The speed that happened between 5:45p and 6p looked like they put the shop in 6x speed haha, these are undoubtedly hourly employees. When I got in my truck I noticed they had inflated all the tires to 44 psi ... The truck calls for 36 psi, they were oem sized tires they should have oem spec air pressure in them because that's what the suspension, chassis, traction control system and the like were engineered for by the manufacturer. The tires I got were about the same price I would have gotten anywhere, the service was meh, the speed was pretty bad. Close to 4 hours to get 4 tires removed and unmounted (5 mins a tire normally) mounted (3 minutes a tire normally), balanced (10 minutes a tire potentially), aligned (30 minutes +/-). All in all, I don't think anyone here is malicious, arrogant, or in any way intentionally dubious. It was a rough experience for me and the other people I had the enjoyment of hanging out with while they all seemed to practice their jobs. In their defense, they told me to drop it off, I should have dropped it off lol. Would I go back? Yeah, but with the prices, there's not a big difference between going here or to a dealer and the dealer despite their high pressure sales, will likely have you on your way quicker, and perhaps a bit more confidently that things are at manufacturer specs.
We took my daughters car to the shop at 2810 Stelzer Rd, Easton store, for tires. We were quoted 448$ on the phone. We get there, and an older employee with glasses had problems writing up the order. Robert, I assume is the sales manager or a supervisor, finally, gets it written up and says that'll be four hundred and ninety five dollars. I said, that's not what we were quoted on the phone. He then proceeds to say oh okay, that's an early bird discount. We leave, and it's two hours later, when we get a call back that they can't change two tires because of a locking mechanism. We tell them where it is and they said, oh, we will check for it and call you back. No call back. We waited another forty five minutes, continually trying the business. Finally, Robert answers and proceeds to tell me that they still can't find it ... but can try an extraction. We leave the mall area that we were waiting in, to drive back to the shop. We enter, not seeing her car anywhere and not inside the business. This was about three and a half hours later. They acted as if they weren't even sure what car we were talking about. And oh no, we could not do that with your tires. I ask where the car was, and it was parked up in the upper corner of the parking lot where it looked like it had been backed in, and they just said screw it. I spoke directly to Robert, and I said we had called a dealership, and they said there was a universal mechanism for those locks. He looks at me sarcastically and said, "really?" You have a tire business and can't deal with locking mechanisms? I understand this is the biggest shopping day of the year, but if you can't handle it, you should call back right away and advise the owners. I called the corporate line and left a message. They did not answer. I called back because I neglected to add that I was planning on leaving a google review. Magically they call back right away. Not sure if it was the fact that this store was very busy.. But it works both ways. You understand that you're gonna be busy and you plan accordingly. Also, I'm pretty bothered by the quote I got on the phone and the difference that I would have been charged when I got there. This was the same guy we spoke with. We definitely won't use this place again.
Super friendly customer service. I only got tire pressure check because not 1 filling station had an air pump that worked. The guy was super friendly! Because of him I'll be back when I know wheels. It was free also. Didn't even charge me.
