Back in the fall I had to replace a tire and everything was fine, expensive but fine. During the service they told me I would need to replace my front 2 tires before winter. Fast forward 3 months when I took my car somewhere else to have the two front tires replaced, per Discount Tires recommendation, the mechanic told me I had at least another 20k miles left before they needed replaced. I can't help to think that because I'm a woman and went in there alone that they were trying to play me. Maybe I'm off base, but either way the technician lied to me. Let this be a cautionary tale to the women who choose to take their business here...

BUYER BEWARE! To preface this review, while I have been treated acceptably by Discount Tire Corporate, this store's communication and followup is terrible. I purchased tires online (Discount Tire's recommended process) on 11/28 with a scheduled installation date of 12/4. I received multiple confirmation emails and text messages confirming my order and appointment time. The morning of the install, I received a final confirmation text asking to confirm when I was on my way. When I arrived at the store (130 miles round trip), I learned that my tires were not on location and the appointment could not be completed because delivery was pending. Why was I not called the morning of the order? Where was the followup? On Monday, 12/8, after zero followup from the store, I contacted the Discount Tire corporate office, they reviewed my case and promised a follow up within 48 hours. I received two calls from the Easton store manager same day, who confirmed that two tires were in transit and two tires were coming from Michelin directly. I received no additional followup until this morning, 12/17 when I contacted the store myself only to learn that they only had one tire and could not provide any additional information as to when the tires would be available. The order was paid in full at the time the order was placed and it's clear to me that the original tires were either sold to another customer, even though I had already paid for them, or there are issues with the inventory system. Each time I ask, I get a different story. Take your business to Costco, your vehicle dealer or to a local shop and save yourself the hassle.

I cannot thank Discount Tire enough for their phenomenal service yesterday! One of my tires had been leaking air for about 3 weeks now, and the extreme cold exacerbated this. I had taken my car to another repair shop about a week ago who told me it needed new tire sensors, quoted me $200, but I was leery and wanted a second opinion. Then tried Discount Tire as I saw they had great reviews. Despite a lobby full of customers, they looked at it and gave me an answer within 30 minutes. Said that my tire valve stem was broken, and they replaced it at no cost to me! I couldn’t believe it. In this day and age where nothing is free and it’s a struggle to keep up with rent, groceries, bills and everything else, I can’t stress how much that was truly appreciated. They ABSOLUTELY have my business from here on out and I will be happy to recommend them to others.

Came in yesterday to get my tires looked at for some vibrating and I am very happy with the service I received. Chase did a great job as did the other mechanics as the issue has been fixed! I really appreciate all the help and great customer service.

I had an amazing experience at Discount Tire in Columbus, Ohio. Chase went above and beyond with the service on my vehicle, and I couldn’t be more grateful. His professionalism, kindness, and efficiency made the whole process quick and easy. Because of his outstanding service, I’ll forever be a loyal customer.
