To say I’m satisfied with Tire Discounters is an understatement. Andrew was incredibly patient with me, answering every concern I had in such a simple way that made me feel included in the process. I didn’t leave with questions or concerns or any hesitation. Joey also deserves an honorable mention here, as he equally treated me the same as Andrew, though I had less interaction with him. Andrew made me a customer for life and I will continue to do business at this Tire Discounters time and time again.

I had a disappointing experience at my local TD due to unclear and ultimately inaccurate information about pricing and rebates. I initially came in with damage to one tire and was told a single replacement might be possible, but was later informed that all four tires had to be replaced, which felt inconsistent and not well explained (shady). But I agreed to proceed with their recommendation. After choosing a mid-grade tire, I was told I would receive $100 in instant savings plus an additional $100 rebate through TD.com. I specifically asked multiple times whether the rebate would still apply with a competitor price match and was assured it would. Based on that information, I approved the purchase. At checkout, I was given an expired rebate sheet. When I reviewed the updated version, it showed there was no $100 rebate at all—only a $50 rebate tied to opening a TD credit card. I called the shop afterward and was told someone would follow up, but no one did. I reached out through TD corporate site and have heard nothing. This experience was less about the money and more about transparency. I made my decision based on information that turned out to be incorrect, which was frustrating and disappointing.

I can only hope they did good work but I dropped my car off around 9/9:30am on December 3rd and was told then and on the phone earlier that morning that they could complete a standard oil change by 4pm. I called at 2:40pm and they hadn't started on my car yet. I reminded them that I needed my car by 4pm to pick up my kids from daycare and they told me, for a 3rd time, it wouldn't be a problem. After not hearing anything, I came to pick my car up around 4:30pm and was told they needed 10-15 more minutes. I then reminded the same man I spoke to each time, that my kids' daycare was closing soon and they promised to have my car done over 30 minutes ago. He immediately went into the garage and came back about 5 minutes later saying it was ready. No apology, explanation on how they finished the car so much faster than expected at the last minute or anything remotely positive in the customer service realm. I definitely won't be giving any business to this location in the future.

On 8/5 I brought my car to the Tire Discounters due to a slow leak on one of the tires that was prompting an alert on the car's dashboard. I thought I'd need a new tire since I had filled it only to have it leak again. The technicians at the shop checked me in and had the car on the lift within 15 minutes. I was surprised because many of the lifts were in use. Johnathan informed me that I did not need a new tire, that they would be able to apply a substance that would provide a seal to the tire. I was thrilled since I was expecting to have to pay for a new tire. I was literally in and out in 30 minutes! Great service, and the girl who checked me in on the computer (unusual name which I don't remember) was amazing on the keyboard! Great experience!

Steven and his Dream team are some of the kindest people I've ever met! They are SO dedicated to their jobs and customers! My father is a veteran and they are so good to him. I went in today without an appointment and they took care of me fast and didn't charge me. I had road Hazzard insurance on my tires but my problem may not have been covered. They fixed it anyway! These guys are the BEST at what they do. You need a tire expert, THIS is the place to go. I've only had professional and exceptional experiences!!! Thanks SO MUCH!!!! 🎯
