Fast, friendly, and saved my evening!! Stopped in at Tire Discounters after work on my way to the Reds game when my tire light came on—I had a big piece of metal and a screw in my tire. Thomas (Tom) and Joe got me in and out in about 10 minutes. They were friendly, efficient, and explained everything. Thanks to them, I made it to the game on time. I’ll absolutely be back when it’s time to replace all four tires. Highly recommend!

My daughter got all 4 new tires on 6/30. On 7/5 the passenger front and the driver flat were losing air. My daughter took the car back and the manager told her that she would have to pay $75 to get a new tire with the warranty. I CAME up there and asked him why did both tires go flat with no nails in it. His response was have you seen our streets. I explained to him that two tires on opposite sides and ends of the car wouldn't be flat from a pothole. He then got smart saying "I'm not about to go back and forth with you and told me the bottom line was I would have to pay the $75". I declined and told him they wouldn't touch my car again. I took my car to the one on Galbraith where Dalton handled my car. He performed the job for free and also said my valve stems were bad and that was the Kenwood location fault for not checking. Don't waste your time or money at Kenwood, go to the Galbraith location where you will be more than money, you will be respected and taking care of.

Check your under your hood before leaving this location! FYI The picture with the tool isn’t mine. They literally left the wrench next to the battery. And I drove all the way home with it under the hood. When I got home I noticed the hood wasn’t secured all the way and found that. Cons: Rushing to get the job done isn’t a good look. Not only could the oil change not be performed because the tech said the bolt was stripped and recommended I got back to the previous mechanic. Side note I don’t believe this to be the case even after being shown it. Plus other reviews have stated that work couldn’t be completed because of bolts not easily coming off. I had to remind them I needed the headlight changed twice and AFTER the tech brought the car out. Never-mind reminding the fat ass at the front desk who burped his McDonald’s in my face that I already gave him my keys. After that interaction I had a feeling the service would be terrible at best. Pros: Rafael did make the effort to come to my house to replace the cap and put in oil. He offered to have the tech drive my car back for a clean up of the spill. If they can’t put the cap on and keep track of tools why would I let you drive it back. Rafael did clean up the mess at the shop. He offered free wiper blades. I told Rafael, the tech who made the mistake could have offered an apology. But you said he was too embarrassed to offer one.
