My daughter is in school at UK and experienced her first solo tire blow out (right after leaving the doctor with strep throat). The team at Tire Discounters - Newtown Springs were incredible. They were so kind, had her correct tire pulled & ready to go and had her back on the road within the hour. The tire and service were competitively priced! Five star service & compassion for our daughter.

They were very professional and even made sure I was getting the right tire size when I came in for my appointment. When the appointment was made we were given an estimate for the wrong size tire and so they gave us a discount. I only had to to wait for about an hour to get 4 new tires, an oil change, and tire rotation. I would definitely recommend this location.

I went to Tire discounters at Newton for a couple of issues, they were very kind and helpful, they checked my tire pressure and added deicer too without appointment.Very professional and pleasant. The one who answered the phone was courteous and the one who did the job was professional.So thankful.

Made an appointment for tire rotation and balance after purchasing my tires from them last year. Dropped my car off before they opened and called at 3 to pick up. They told me my car was not there. Asked if I had the right store. They saw I made an appointment but did not know where my car was. They finally found my keys in the drop box and my car out front. I told them I wanted to pick up my car and take it somewhere else. They said they could get it done in 30 min and I could pick it up at 3:30. I told them it was crazy they lost my car.
