I recently took my Benz to Vals Auto Collision Repair after rear end collision, and I am incredibly impressed with the results. From the moment I brought my damaged vehicle in, the staff, especially Paul, made the entire insurance claim process seamless. They handled all the communication and paperwork with my insurance company, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. The repair work itself is flawless; you would never know the car had been hit. The paint match is perfect, and they even went above and beyond by detailing the interior of my car before I picked it up. The professionalism and quality of work are truly 5-star. The best part was their commitment to making the process easy: they handled the claim directly with my insurance, which took all the stress off my shoulders. I have had several BMW's painted by Val. He does a great job! Better than BMW certified repair shops. The cars looked brand new! He is a honest and trustworthy businessman. What he says it will cost, It does! He stands behind his work 100%. He is not happy until you are! You will not find a better bodyshop to have work done than at Val's.
