Brought my 1970 Plymouth Road Runner 440+6 to have the power brake booster replaced. I have been coming to Tire outlet on 2nd Street for the past 50 years. They are still in business because they know how treat customers and provide quality services at reasonable prices. Not taking away from the Tire Outlet on Alum Rock because I have been there also and continue to recommend them but John and Jason are great people. I highly recommend this establishment for any repair you can think of as well as the best prices in town for wheels and tires.

Our mechanic said I really needed new tires and he referred me to Tire Outlet down the street. So glad he did. Their prices are very competitive and they offer 'old fashioned' customer service. I purchased new for my Subaru Ascent and they texted me first thing in the morning and said they would let me know when the tires arrived to their shop so my car wasn't just sitting and I could run errands. I brought my car in at 2:30 and it was ready with new tires and an alignment by 5:30. Super friendly owner John who immediately introduced himself when I got there and a staff that was happy to answer all my questions. Love the convenience of communicating with me by text msg throughout the day. I didn't realize what a huge difference the new tires they recommended would make. The ride is very smooth now and will be ready for winter snow in Tahoe. So glad I brought my car in and plan to purchase tires for our other cars in the future. Thank you for the 5-star service!

They took the time to explain my options, gave me a fair price, and had my car ready under an hour and a half from my appointment time. It’s clear they care about customer service and quality work.
