Amir and his team are incredible. I called him based on a friend's recommendation and I regret not doing so sooner. I had gone to another tire shop earlier in the day and none of the rims they had ordered fit my car due to the large calipers despite me communicating the year, make, and model of my car. When I returned home it was 2pm and I called Amir. He heard my story, LISTENED, and within 5 minutes he called me back to inform me that he had the right rims and snow tires for my car. He said if I could make it to his shop by 4pm, he'd set me up. I did just that and let me tell you, I was very impressed. The shop is clean, organized, and bright. The employees respect your car and wear gloves to ensure car or rims aren't scratched. They were done in 20 minutes! I felt like I was at an F1 pit stop! Amir and team, thank you for getting me in just before a major snow storm. I will be recommending you to anyone I know who needs rims and tires. Cheers, Nas

I was referred here by my mechanic who told me they have the best pricing here. I did my own research & ordered online, and about an hour afterwards I called to confirm my preferred time for installation. During my short wait the next day at my appointment, I witnessed and experienced fantastic customer service. The tires I bought had a promotional rebate, and Tire Outlet made is easy for me to apply online via the retailer's website while I was waiting (they had the QR codes posted at the reception desk). They even reset my tire pressure management system for me afterwards without being asked. I had to come back for re-torquing after the first 50 to 100 kms (so 2 days after the install) and I barely had time to sit down, it was completed so quickly. And a small thing, but a nice thing: one of the staff members complimented me on my haircut that I got in between the install & the re-torquing. What that tells me is, I'm not just a number or a sale. These guys pay attention! I spent 5 year of my life working in and then managing a call center. I take my customer service very seriously, and I know good service when I see it. I highly recommend Tire Outlet for their fast, personable service & will return here the next time I need new tires. Thanks guys!

I recently changed my super old tires on my lovely 2019 Atlas with Hankook winter tires, Not only the experience was super fast and easy with Amir and Matin's help there! The tires themselves help reduce my feul consumption by around 1.5 L/100 kms! I have to confess, as a Toyota Product Advisor, their prices are the most competetive in the market and I highly recommend them! God bless!
