I went in for an alignment right before Christmas and was told they couldn’t do it and I needed a $2,400 repair to replace my balljoints, upper and lower arms. I took it in for a quote elsewhere and was told my balljoints are completely fine and my alignment was done no problem. Stay away from this place.

V3 of the review, here we go. I had brought my vehicle in to get some tires repaired. Unfortunately, they could not. So, a new set was installed. And I was sent on my way. Upon pickup, id noticed the TPMS light illuminated on the dash, and was advised that I needed to drive my vehicle. 3000 plus miles later, that was indeed not the solution. I also had an issue with a tire going flat. I was finally able to bring it back in to them, and they were able to address some concerns. I now have a new tpms sensor, the tpms was calibrated properly, tire was removed from the rim, and reinstalled. I had no issues on the way home. And thats as far as we have gotten. The reason its only 3 stars is that while they had done the work last time. They had noticed a couple of things that could lead to issues that were internal of the tire on the rim. I.e, the tpms sensor they replaced had nothing to do with the tires I was having faulty readings on. But apparently last time. They suspected that a tpms sensor may be bad since it did not communicate with their tool. They also failed to inform me of some corrosion damage to a rim. That they had noticed last time. Their fix today was to polish the rim, add some bead sealant. And I was told that it could be a permanent fix, or it could not be. In no way shape or form am I blaming the damage on the rim on them. Im knocking them because they noticed something that could be a problem that gets worse. And failed to inform me. On two separate items. On two different wheel assemblies. Ill give a star because they let me watch for the hour it took for them to address the 2 tires. Although, it was cold outside.

Stopped in to have them check air pressure and reset my TPMS for my snow tires. Extremely nice people with great customer service! Would definitely recommend this place!

Nick and the team at Tire Rama (North Division) have had my back for years. They’ve handled everything from my personal vehicles to my company rigs, and they’ve always come through—no drama, no BS. Straightforward service, fair pricing, and they don’t waste your time. Nick runs a solid crew that knows what they’re doing and treats people right. That’s why I keep coming back. And if you end up waiting in the lobby, those couches are dangerously comfortable. You might just fall asleep before your car’s even done.

This location is my favorite in Spokane. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. They’re efficient and give quality service. I hate it when my car needs work, but I always feel better dropping it off at this shop. They really know what’s up and aren’t mean when you ask stupid questions. Plus they give you a great set of pricing options so you don’t leave broke! I absolutely recommend this location!
