I was helped by Mr. Teddy for my taxes, and now that I'm going to get my health insurance for next year, I found out that it never reached the IRS. Thank God nothing serious happened, but that was terrible service. On previous occasions, Mr. Steve helped me and there were no problems.

I have used this firm in the past with excellent service and have even referred other business owners here. I do not know what has happened, but service has gone way downhill. I am never allowed to speak to Stephen when I call. I get his receptionist who mumbles through her words and is not helpful at all. They have had my business return for over 4 months and each time I call to check on it I am getting the run around. I can accept being busy and needing more time...but the complete lack of information and communication is beyond frustrating.

I’ve been using Steve for 5+ years to file our personal and business taxes. I have referred family and friends! He never disappoints! High recommend!
