I purchased my engagement ring for my now wife from here, and we also trusted them with our wedding bands — and I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the final pieces. I can’t thank the lovely team at TOK Jewellers enough. They helped me value some pre-loved jewellery that had been sold to me as natural diamonds but turned out to be lab-grown, and they genuinely went above and beyond to help me navigate and resolve a dispute with a third party. On top of that, they took the time to help me re-model heirloom pieces into something modern and truly special. What an amazing experience we had these remarkable people!!! From the head of the family, Alex to his wife Anna, to the children Abe and Alexandra, who go above and beyond for the complete customer experience!!! They brought my dream to life with this beautiful creation and they did it with such care and compassion! They are our go to for everything and the after care they provide is on going! I am fortunate enough to have a trilogy ring custom made by Tok Jewellers. They were incredible to do business with from start to finish (and all from afar as I'm not from Sydney). All communication with Alexandra was prompt and professional - she listened to all my questions and requests and made some great suggestions to come up with the final product. Not to mention the turnaround time after paying the deposit was less than a month! The finished product speaks for itself and is absolutely stunning! I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Tok Jewellers for any jewellery purchases in the future.
