Top Event Rentals team was truly stellar in their customer service and ability to adapt to the needs of our event. We had a chance of rain for our event and had to add a last minute (very large) tent to our layout. The team pivoted, was so communicative - everything turned out wonderfully!
The website isn't the most user friendly, but I called and booked over the phone. They were very helpful and friendly. The building to pickup doesn't have signage and can be hard to find, I had to call once I "arrived" at the address, but again they were helpful over the phone. The loading and unloading was quick and simple. Tables worked well for the event. Overall happy with experience
Such an incredible renting company to work with. I get them for all my events and they always make sure to get set up as soon as possible, even when the event is later in the evening! Haven’t had a problem yet and the site manager always makes sure to handle any temporary roadblocks we face.
I rented a generator for my event and it was absolutely amazing! The equipment worked perfectly, was easy to use, and kept everything running smoothly the entire time. The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable power for an event.
