This rental experience did not start off well at all with the bounce house being delivered a full two days before our event with notice the evening before. During the holiday week, we had plans and were not going to be home. Fortunately, we were still able to have it delivered while we were out. If I could rate the delivery and set up crew separately, they would get one star. I was told that they would send me a picture of the location it was put in my yard and they never did. I have cameras so I was able to see that it was not put where I asked them to put it and when I texted to let them know, I was told that they had 4 other time dependent deliveries to make and then they just left and stopped communication. I was able to move it myself the next day but when we took a look at it, it was filthy. There was sand, mud and some sort of confetti inside. It certainly could not have been sanitized if it wasn't even cleaned well. Customer service for this company, however, is great! They sent out a crew to clean and sanitize it the morning of our event so that was helpful. They also gave me a refund of $60 so that was nice too. I was told we would get a text the night before for pick up, however, they texted the next morning, a few hours before they arrived. It worked out ok but it would be nice to have that notice the night before to plan. I am not sure if I would use this company again.
Wonderful experience! Extremely communicative! The bounce house it self was wonderful and in great shape plus they were super easy to work with when ordering everything! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend them to anyone!!
The communication throughout the rental process was excellent! Notifications on delivery and pickup were clear and accurate. When flaws were found on our bouncer it was handled wonderfully. Prices were competitive, but fair! Couldn’t recommend more! My other son said he wanted the same exact bouncer for his birthday a few months away!
We rented the Frozen bounce house for our backyard. It was a huge hit. The drop off and pick up went very smooth. Highly recommend everything about their service! They dropped it off on Friday afternoon for our party on Sunday. The kids even got to enjoy it a few extra days. And then picked it up on Monday. We enjoyed it with water on Saturday and no water for the party.
This business is absolutely fabulous! They made sure we had it set up early enough so we wouldn’t have to worry about it for the party day! And they were back swiftly for pickup! I will definitely be using their company again! Definitely was for a good price too- very well priced! We had a blast with the big rainbow slide! Can’t wait to try out others! Thank you so much again!
