I called 4 different companies before picking Top Guard. They were extremely friendly and professional. I told them about my problem and they were the only ones that gave me a detailed breakdown of how they would address the issue, find the problem and treat it; OVER THE PHONE! The price was one of the best of everyone I called. Made the decision easy. I called at 2:00 p.m and by 4:30 we were already assessing the extent of the problem and planning the treatment; all included in the price of admission. Extremely satisfied and would absolutely call them again... Just... Hopefully I don't have to... Thanks boys! Service is much appreciated. If you got a pest problem, call Top Guard RIGHT NOW!

I thought I had water bugs (based on my picture with a google search) and because they were basically around my kitchen sink. I called a few places to ask how to get rid of water bugs and TOPGUARD was the only one that asked for a video of what I saw. When he said German cockroaches, I was beyond Horrified!!! Apparently they can show up in any home… they told me they have done several million dollar homes and cockroaches do not discriminate! When I asked how soon they could come, they said they were available the next morning! We prepped our home that night(emptying out all kitchen cupboards and moving everything away from the wall). You NEED to do this for them to do a good job! Worth the time and effort!!! I was so grateful they came so quick. I wasn’t going to do a review until I knew they were completely gone, but it has now been 5 months since our second spray and I’m thrilled beyond words that they are completely gone! I highly recommend TOPGUARD ! I was pretty much a nervous wreck, texting and calling several times… but the whole team (specifically Mike and Romeo )gave me calm constant reassurance and professional care and reminded me to trust the process!! Trust them! It’s always a pleasure to work with honest people!! While I hope I never have to deal with them again… Should I need to…I will only use them!

We were very impressed with the home assessment. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in checking every area. He took the time to explain what was found, how to solve the problem and the best steps to prevent it. There was no pressure, just solid advice and great customer service. These guys went completely above and beyond. Solved a really tough wasp removal very quickly! Every other company wouldn’t take the job and these guys did an amazing job. Will be using them again 100% in the future. Best wasp removal service in London without a doubt!!
