Offloading the at my new home, they were quick and even reassembled my king bed and reattached the brass headboard on my queen bedframe, all in a timely manner. Ricardo and his team came highly recommended from Family and now we see why. Thank you very much for the professional and hardworking crew that helped us with our move. Will be recommending to all family and friends. Not one for reviews but felt the need to submit something for an exceptional service. The entire team pay attention to detail and go above and beyond to make your stressful moving day a breeze. The crew was hardworking and pleasant to deal with from initial contact to completion of move. You can tell a great leader when you see one and Ricardo exceeded expectations. They took great care in protecting floors, wrapping everything and worked efficiently to get the job done for an incredibly fair price. Save your time and money on the next move and give them a call, they won’t disappoint. Will be a repeat client for life.

I recently hired Once Upon a Star Moving to move a piano from my studio to my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, careful, and incredibly efficient. Moving a piano is no small task, but they handled it with such skill and ease that I felt completely at ease throughout the process. The team was friendly, respectful, and clearly experienced. I’m so grateful for the care they took and the amazing job they did. I would recommend their services 100% — they truly went above and beyond. Thank you again!

We have used their services twice in the past three years of moving. Worth every single penny! The professionalism and skill these guys have with protecting/padding the furniture, using floor runners throughout the house and how quickly they get to work, I never seen before. On top of that they are absolutely stand up class guys, especially the owner who came and personally moved our furniture. We recommend and will use them every time, extremely satisfied. +5 stars!! Bravo!
