Got acrylic nails done here and almost immediately the paint started chipping. Less than a week later it had entirely peeled off one nail and all the rest are badly chipped. Additionally the nails are starting to lift off. I’ve called them several times, left voicemail, even sent an email asking if this could be corrected but I’ve had no response. I live far and don’t have the time to go to the salon just for them to tell me they can’t fix it or that they have no room that day which is why I was hoping to get in contact with them to confirm. However, no reply. Very disappointed as I paid a lot of money for these and I have never had this happen before, especially not so soon after the appointment.

The place is great and the service. I got my nails done in the 30th of December for new years. Why are my nails popping off 5 days after getting them done? The picture is only one of them coming off. They’re all coming off. I had to buy glue but it still not sticking. This should be resolved as paying £40 is not worth it. I’d like to leave a better review however this is not the best quality.

I've been coming to Top Nails since July. I had NO nails, and no experience of going to a nail salon, so didn't know what to expect. They have taken my nails from the first picture to the second in a couple of months. My nails are healthy and growing. I've never had them chip or lift and each time, they have lasted for at least three - four weeks. They would definitely last longer but I always get impatient and want another design done 🤣 Once you come her a few times, you'll feel like they know you and they'll treat you as such. Definitely give it a go!

Fantastic, friendly nail bar. The staff are so welcoming, they put the customer first, and amazing nails every time! Tatiana is my favourite nail technician I’ve had, definitely the best shop by far in the Bristol town centre, prices are very reasonable as well! Would highly recommend.

I've visited many nail salons across Bristol, always hoping for the perfect French tips—but I was constantly disappointed... until today. Top Nail Bristol absolutely nailed it! 💅 The precision, the shape, and the crisp white lines were exactly what I'd been searching for. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet professional. I finally found my go-to spot. Highly recommend if you're looking for flawless nails that actually last!
