Came in to drop off our luggage via Bounce for a couple of hours. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Employee and supposed owner were very friendly and helpful. Even got a few tips on what to do in the city at luggage pickup. Definitely cute and unique sweater, shirt, and tote bag designs. Adorable clothing for both tall and small. Check it out!

Before starting our home inspection business we had multiple meetings with Kim and went over a ton of ideas on marketing material and clothing. She was extremely pleasant to work with and answered all of our questions. Not only did she listen to our ideas but suggest better ways of doing them, which was awesome. To top everything off, her prices were very reasonably priced and we were shocked with happiness with the price we walked away with. We HIGHLY recommend everyone use Top Of The World!

Kim is just plain rude! TERRIBLE customer service and NOT recommended. I had work done there recently and their work is mediocre at best. Run by a couple (of idiots), the guy seemed alright, but that chick is rude and has ZERO customer service skills. They didn't make any attempt to make things right nor did they even apologize. Hopefully this local business won't be around much longer.
