The team was very friendly, professional, and handled everything with great care. They wrapped all of our furniture thoroughly, which gave us real peace of mind during the move. We were especially worried about our marble dining table, but they did an amazing job protecting it. A special thank you to Angelina from the operations team, who was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and careful movers. Thanks again for making a stressful day so much easier!

Thank you to the team at Top Removals for their professional, expedient and very efficient removalists who helped our son and his partner move from Rouse Hill to Liverpool yesterday. Both the Sales and Admin team as well as the removalists were very thorough. The removalists arrived right on time and were super careful with all of the furniture and appliances. This was our second time using top removals for a move and I was reminded why I would never shop around again. Chedi and Tristan were lovely, professional , and super speedy. They handled all our possessions with care and consideration. Nothing was damaged during the move and we all had as much fun as we could have on a 40degree day. Thanks again guys you’re legends

Best service, best team and care in moving your personal belongings! I was recommended Top removals from a friend back in 2019 and have used them twice for my own moves. My parents were downsizing and moving to another home so it was important we had an easy transition for them, stress free move and find a reliable team who would take caution in moving their belongings especially since my parents wanted to transport their piano, and 4 commercial sewing machines. Even the lead up, the team on the phone were helpful and quick in responding via emails and returning my calls within a day! On the move day, the team came a little bit earlier and started the move (Peter and Edwin were first - sorry if I have the names wrong!!). Everyone came and introduced themselves to my dad and I. Its always the small things that matter such as simple introductions. They all made us feel very comfortable. Silver lead a great team in guiding them how to take extra care, directions and making sure they were okay during the day. We didn’t see them throw my parents personal items around and they all had so much pride in their job! Finding good help is a hard task and these 4 were excellent! If you want reliable, honest and some laughter along the way - highly recommend Top Removals! Huge thanks to Silver, Chandi (quiet but fast), Peter (good chats, seems like you’ll get a lot of laughs with him) and Edwin (efficient because I saw him carry my dads fishing bags on his backs!) My parents LOVED them! If you have this team on your move, treat them to some nice pies but note that Silver is vegetarian so don’t get him a meat pie like we did! Thanks again Top Removals and big thanks to the these 4 strong men! You not only moved everything so well, you made the move for parents really enjoyable :)
