I was introduced to this gym by my cousin who is a regular here. And I had an absolute blast joining their bootcamps. Was hoping to grab some of their gear to help support the gym but they ran out of my size lol :( All good! means I'm going to have to be stopping by more often when I'm in Toronto. And will definitely pay and enroll for the drop in. Support this locale gym, it's a 💎!

Fantastic Gym! I'm from out of town and joined their bootcamps for a week and had a blast. The coaches are very accommodating and friendly and the people who are training there are great as well. They have a weight room with squat racks, kettlebells and bumper plates. Great training overall.

Awesome, affordable, and very engaging kid's boxing program (junior jabbers)! My son really enjoys his time here. The gym is clean, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I love training here, the classes are great for beginners and experienced boxers. The instructors are great at motivating you and showing you the moves. I would honestly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get a good workout in and learn boxing as well for a fair price. They even offer a free trial class so you can see what its all about.

Great variety of classes that are offered at different times and at different skill levels. So if you are just getting into the sport or if you have been doing it for some time and are looking to maintain or build upon your skills, this gym can accommodate all levels. All the coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly, and will take the time to assist you if you have questions or are newer to boxing. The atmosphere is very welcoming/non-intimidating and the members/guests that come into the gym are a reflection of that. They also have a shop if you want to buy boxing equipment, accessories, apparel, and even snacks, which is an added plus.
