Today was my first time meeting James and Jason for service, and they were truly kind and professional. I really appreciated how quickly they worked, especially considering how cold it was today. They showed me before-and-after photos, which gave me confidence in the work they did. I was especially thankful that James didn’t just inspect the heater and move on, but took the time to explain how to maintain it properly so it won’t break down and can last longer. It felt very human and genuine, not just like a business transaction. I will definitely call them again for future cleanings.

1 year late. total aire care was amazing. I never got to personally deal with them in person, but my wife said that they were more than respectful in our home. Installed and took the old furnace away for a more than fair price that even priority mechanical could not beat with their employee discounts. Once were ready for a AC we will definitely be giving them a call

My partner Ryan and I had a great experience with Total Aire Care! Colin was very responsive, eager to help, and worked with our budget. He got us scheduled for the next day. Nathan and his teammate were professional, friendly, and kept us informed throughout the process. They installed our new furnace and ran a gas line for our stove quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. Will be recommending to anyone who needs HVAC services!
