Always friendly professional service and always have what I need. First visited a few years ago when they helped repair a broken mobile screen and did a great job. This week I needed to buy a protector for a new mobile; online delivery charges were ridiculous so I priced in local shops, then came back to Total Repair Centre which had a good selection priced 50% less than all the other shops I'd tried in Edinburgh. Highly recommend this place

My phone battery was having problems and the casing was cracked, so I called up and asked if they could help. I noted the issues and asked if, rather than coming in just to be told they need to order in parts, they could order in the battery and back case in advance if I paid them for that. No problems, payment was made via bank transfer and I was advised an ETA of 3 days. On schedule, they messaged me to say the parts had arrived. I popped in that day to drop off the phone and a repair was made while I ate dinner at Vittoria on the Walk (still the best restaurant in town) a short walk away. Came back in and all was repaired and working fine. No extra charge made for labour, that was included in the initial payment. Very clear care instructions given (phone had to be taped together while the glue solidified over the next 24 hours) - followed them and removed tape the next day and all is perfect. Communications and friendliness were fantastic from start to finish, and having watched the interactions with other customers, what a gentleman. Someone even popped in asking for some kind of repair and the man suggested they check in with the initial company first to see if they were offering warranty - they gained nothing from that and didn't get to charge the customer for a repair, which shows the integrity. Thanks for the solid repair!

I can’t recommend Total Repair Centre enough! My phone had been dropped in water and I honestly thought it was beyond saving. They did an amazing job — they repaired it quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and the phone looks and works like new again. Super friendly service, fair prices, and really professional from start to finish. Definitely the place to go if you need any phone repairs!

What a wonderful service. Required replacement screen protector. Walked into shop. 120 seconds later walk out with new screen protector, very professionally applied and phone looking like new. All for £7. Such a lovely gentleman running the store. Great Service, Easy, Inexpensive.
