Staff are super helpful. Whether you know what you are after or hope to get a solid suggestion, you can count on them to point you in the right direction. I like especially that everyone is so down to earth - whether your price point is $20 or $200+, you will get cheerful recommendations that fit. I wish we had Total in Ohio - but they seem a little slow on the uptake up there. All that cold weather, maybe. Knowing I can always come back to sunny Virginia to revive and restock keeps me going! We went back this evening to place an order for our daughter’s wedding. Kaliah helped us. When I say helped us I mean she was attentive and understanding. She was able to help us figure out the amounts that we needed and really made the whole process painless. She had a great attitude and took time to explain everything. She and the other employees we have met while shopping here are why we go back. Love this store and can’t recommend enough.

Is there a kind of beer they don't carry? This store may have wine in the name but they carry an amazing selection of beer. We went there looking for gluten free beer. When we consulted an associate, he not only showed us the beer section but explained that there are beer brands which reduce the gluten by removing it and then beer brands like Glutenberg (delicious) that make beer without any gluten at all.
