The wine store is awesome. The location gets pretty backed up with traffic. Yesterday we tried to go on Christmas eve, and because the only way to exit is through a rotary it was absolutely nuts.
Poor experienced I had, despite of helpful staff. I came to this store followed with my wife, she had her expired ID as she renewed it recently. Denying the purchase it’s okay, but to have to wait 24 hours to be able to buy again is wild. We bought from another store. Never coming back again!
a little late, but yesterday we had such a nice Cashier named Latisha! super sweet and super talkative! Even with all the holiday stress, hope to see her again in the future
Super disappointed on the customer service here, especially by a boy name Teddy. He stated he was the manager and come to find out he wasn’t. He verbally attacked an amazing employee for no reason and lied about my ID being expired . After checking it , it was not. I spent too much money on that store that day to be humiliated with out a sorry. Thankfully Jen (cashier) was super nice and amazing! I will be reaching out to corporate on my incident and also making sure the great employees are recognized! teddy needs to be removed before they get a lawsuit!
Have purchased a few times and have been pleased until we cracked a rum bottle and was surprised to see it break. Could’ve been a manufacture defect or storage issues at seller point. Either way unlucky. Still going to enjoy it
