Total Wine is easily one of my go-to spots when I’m stocking up. They always have exactly what I need, right when I need it. I’m especially glad they keep Velo Vodka on the shelves, it’s hands down my favorite vodka to use in cocktail creations. I will tell you it is sooo smooth, versatile, and perfect for any drink. If you’re stopping by, I highly recommend grabbing a bottle!

The staff at Total Wine & Spirits were genuinely friendly and helpful. When I asked about rye and whiskey, the associate I spoke with was knowledgeable and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, which I really appreciated. That said, the experience could be improved with clearer organization and signage in the whiskey section—there’s a huge selection, which is great, but it can feel a bit overwhelming without guidance. It would also be nice to see more consistent staff availability on the floor, especially during busier times, so customers don’t have to search for help. Overall, solid service and selection, but a few tweaks could make the shopping experience feel more polished and efficient.

TLDR: TERRIBLE MANAGER! Was having a good experience, great selection and the staff was friendly and helpful, HOWEVER there were many sample stations throughout the store that were completely unattended (which alone seems unsafe), but while sampling a drink the manager basically told us we were stupid for think we could without his authorization despite no signage to indicate this and kicked us out. He was incredibly rude despite being a paying customer. Would be a good store if he was replaced by literally any of the other staff.

Guys, please allow your carts to reach the parking lot. I imagine you appreciate when we support your store and buy many items. But if I can’t carry them by hand inside the store, how do you expect me to carry them outside to my car once the cart wheels lock right past the exit? At the very least, extend the locking range to cover the parking lot. Come on.

This place was like a big hardware store but for alcohol... If there's any alcohol you'd ever want I am sure you'll find it here! We visited from Scotland and we're surprised to see Edinburgh Gin!
