Affordable luxury. I had seen a sign for bakery Cafe the day prior along the main road. It wasn't immediately apperent it was a different name so a little confusing. The style of service is simular to what I have seen in other countries but not United States so it is almost like a little different cultural experience. It tricked my mind and I accidentally switched languages as im accustomed to that style overseas and my mind just switched. The pastries were fresh and awesome. The coffee was great too. I don't know if I should mention my shock at the total at the register. After a few days on international drive where everything is so expensive. $12 for 2 pastries and a coffee was so nice and I feel a fair price. They obviously survive on local business not tourists. Not far from International drive area but not walking distance. If you have transportation and enjoy excellent pastries I highly recommend this place. There are other baked goods as well which im sure are delicious too but im focusing the review on what I actually ate.
Great service and a wide variety of options, including cakes, croissants, and other fresh pastries. They also offer an excellent selection of hot and iced coffees, very much in the Starbucks style, which makes it perfect for a quick break or a relaxed coffee moment. Everything was well presented and delicious. Definitely a great place to stop by and enjoy quality pastries and coffee.
This place is in a strip mall near Kobe and the Ale House, so it's unassuming. But the quality of the food and the coffee are outstanding. We had a curry croquette, strawberry croissant, and pain au chocolat, and they were flaky and fresh. We also had two 16oz Americanos, and our total was under $20. Hard to find prices like that, for what we got, in Orlando. We will return.
Had Tous Les Jours for the first time in NYC a few years ago. I was super stoked when we visited Orlando and found out there were Tous Les Jours locations here. Last time I came here, it was around 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, if you stop into any Tous Les Jours during the afternoon time frame, they will most likely be out of everything! I know from experience with the last visit to Kirkman and another time in LA. Luckily, this time we stopped by in the morning before heading back home to South Florida on Labor Day. They were fully stocked! I was super stoked about that. Service is good here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered a few different things, including the purple sweet potato loaf, taro, cream bun, curry croquette, kimchi croquette, and Ube latte with a shot of espresso. The curry croquette is what I had in New York and I have been craving it ever since. It did not disappoint. I love the crispy exterior with the soft chewy interior and the flavor of the curry filling is yummy. Kimchi croquette was also good and not overpowering on the kimchi flavor. I love the exterior of both. Good savory bites. Unfortunately, the purple sweet potato loaf was disappointing. It was a very pretty purple color, the bread was soft and fluffy, but there was no sweet potato flavor whatsoever. It was bland. I was so sad because l've been looking forward to getting this bread like forever now. The taro cream bun was nice and fluffy. The cream was airy and not super sweet. I liked it, but didn't love it. I don't think I would get it again. The last time I came here, I had the ube latte. This time, I added a shot of espresso. I felt like the Ube latte was overpowered by the espresso. Either that or there just wasn't enough Ube flavor. It would've been fine if I hao more Ube flavor. All in all, I would come back for the croquettes and would try new pastries or the mango cloud cake. All the cakes look yummy and remind me of my go to cake spot Paris Morning Bakery (Ari Bakery) in South Florida where the cakes are light, airy and not super sweet. Everything here looks tempting. Just happy there is a Tous Les Jours I can stop into when we're in Orlando. Yayyyy!
We visited Tous les Jours last night and were absolutely delighted by the experience. The strawberry and chocolate cake slices were heavenly—perfectly moist, rich, and not overly sweet. Each bite felt like a little celebration. The indoor ambiance was cozy and inviting, with a warm, welcoming vibe that made us want to linger. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall charm of the visit. One unexpected highlight: the curry croquettes. They were melt-in-your-mouth delicious, so much so that we went back for more. They had just the right balance of spice and comfort. The bakery also boasts a wide selection of desserts and delicacies—from flaky pastries to elegant cakes and unique savory bites. It’s a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth or a craving for something special.
