10/10! I had a tow scheduled first thing in the morning and Mike came right on time. I have a lifted truck and he was able to get it on the flat bed pretty fast (truck hasn’t moved in months) great communication and customer service! Would highly recommend to everyone. Will definitely be my first call for any towing needs
