The groomers and office staff were very friendly and helpful. My dog comes out looking great and doesn't seemed to be stressed about his time there.

Townhouse always takes great care of my dog when I use them for boarding and grooming. I have been taking my dog Shadow here for a few years now and have had no issues. She always leaves very happy. Their grooming services are also great and can be done on your last day boarding so you can pick up a clean dog. They also give you report cards on how your dog did while you were gone. I would definitely recommend this place for boarding and grooming

My pup and I love this place so much! They truly care for my baby boy and always treat him so well and make him feel so welcome! I use their boarding services more often than their grooming, but I am always extremely satisfied with everything they do. They’re extremely affordable compared to other boarding places in town, and I also feel like my pup is in great hands. When I miss my pup over an extended period of time and request photos of him, they always send me the cutest pictures and videos and let me know how he’s doing. The staff is always so sweet to me and my boy. I cannot recommend this place enough!

They take great care of my dog for grooming and boarding. He is always happy when he leaves. They have a cute treats bar so I usually buy him something while he is there. This place is the best hands down, they are so so kind. My dog loves it here and this is the only place I take him for boarding, daycare, and grooming.

Fantastic animal people! The staff at Townhouse Pet Care have consistently been friendly and super helpful. The old dog actually gets excited when he figures out we're going for a visit. They are always very nice and super accommodating of his needs which I massively appreciate. Those who work the front desk like Alex are very good people and seem quick to help to fix any issues from setting an appointment to billing. The facility itself is always very clean and welcoming. The pups love the treats they sell a lot. They've definitely earned a customer for life.
