Calling Marta a personal trainer does not do justice to her approach. She genuinely cares for her clients and goes out of her way to tailor workouts to the fitness level of each individual. I'm not your typical fitness buff. I detest working out. I only do it to try improve my health. I would rather do almost anything else. Yet, I've been working out with Marta for over two years. If it wasn't for Marta, I'm sure I would have stopped shortly after I started. Marta may seem intimidating because of her own fitness level, but she's not. She is positive, encouraging and understanding. She seems to attract others like her so her classes are filled with positive, fun people of all fitness levels. I still don't like working out, but I have stuck with it and I will continue to do so. I am better for it and Marta deserves most of the credit for that.

Marta is the most caring, mindful and client focused trainer I have ever had. She truly cares about the progress each of her clients makes and takes it upon herself to build unique programs for each and every person. You're going just for a few sessions in a group? That's cool too! She will pinpoint your specific needs and adapt them in the group setting so you can participate in a large format but still meet your individual goals. Love this girl so much!

I have recently joined Marta for her 12 Week Challenge. I really enjoy Marta's positive, energetic approach to fitness. We have been changing the routines each day, there is never a dull moment! The workouts are generally 45 minutes which I find really easy to commit to, and do more times a week also! Keeping me on my toes! I love it!!

Marta was an amazing trainer and for someone who hated working out, I really enjoyed the small group workout sessions and got a lot out of them. I became more physically fit, more conscious of my diet, and overall was happy to make new friends as I worked out with the ladies in my group. I would recommend Marta to anyone looking for a trainer or an instructor for getting healthy and fit!

Marta is an amazing trainer. She knows how to train people well but she also cares about her clients and people in general. Every time I worked out with her, I felt lighter in my body and mind.
