What an incredible first experience. For one, I was working away and completely forgot about my appointment and noticed at 6:01pm (one minute after my appointment time). I immediately called and Jen was so empathetic and told me not to rush, they’d honour the full float time. Just to drive safely and not to worry. The atmosphere is amazing and very welcoming. Jen explained everything perfectly and the actual float was exactly what I needed. I ultimately purchased a membership! Can’t recommend enough!

I booked a float + massage combo based on the recommendation of a friend, and Zee Float did not disappoint. Taras really listened to my request and customized my RMT massage to my needs. The float after was amazing and I was able to instantly relax and let my mind and body experience deep rest. I was fully reset after; exactly what my nervous system needed! I highly recommend floating and I purchased a monthly membership so I can come back monthly!

I have been to several float places in the GTA and Zee float is by far the best! Their tanks are huge, up to date and the facilities are very clean (not an easy task with all that salt)! I also thoroughly enjoy their Fire and Ice room. They use top of the line Coldture tub, a Canadian brand. My husband and I have spent many dates nights here. We are very lucky to have such a great business in Hamilton.

I had an incredible experience at Zee Float in Hamilton. I came in for a reiki session with Andrea followed by a float session, and both were absolutely amazing. Andrea was truly exceptional — caring, attentive, and nurturing in a way that made me feel completely safe and at home. The staff were also wonderful. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and unrushed. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable from start to finish. The whole space feels like a healing haven.

I had the most incredible experience at Zee Float! My mother and I both booked floats, and I can’t recommend it enough! The atmosphere was so calming and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The owner, Rebecca, and all of the staff were so friendly and attentive. The whole space felt very clean and well-maintained, and we loved getting to relax in the lounge / meditation area before our floats! As this was our first time trying float therapy, we received a very thorough and detailed tour of the space, and how the float cabins worked. The owner, Rebecca, is so knowledgeable and we appreciated how she took the time to prepare us before our floats. I love the each float cabin is in its own room with a private shower to wash off before and after the float. The shampoo and conditioner that were provided were lovely! No detail was overlooked here. The float itself was heavenly! The float cabins are very spacious inside, and the water and epsom have a silky feeling, very luxurious. I ended up falling asleep and had to be woken up at the end of my session…. It was the BEST sleep I’ve ever had in my life! The tank is so quiet, it’s such an interesting and calming experience, and left me in a state of tranquility and rejuvenation afterwards. I also had sore muscles from a workout that morning, and the muscle soreness completely disappeared after my float (which I’m thinking may be due to the muscle relaxing properties of the magnesium based epsom). Overall, I LOVED my experience here — there are so many benefits for your mental and physical health. I can’t wait to come back for another float, and hope to try the other services too (massages, fire and ice circuit, etc). Highly recommend trying Zee Float, you won’t regret it!
