That level of consideration alone made a great first impression. When we arrived the following day, we were greeted immediately, and the bike was already prepared and waiting for us. The staff went above and beyond by installing a kickstand and a water bottle cage, making sure everything was ready for my son to ride. We also took advantage of their accessory discount that comes with purchasing a bike, which allowed us to get my son a new helmet and the kickstand at a great price. What really stood out was how accommodating they were with payment. We explained that my son was using a combination of gift cards and cash he received for Christmas, and they had no issues handling multiple payment methods.
