Had an issue with a whole house water filter. The tech from tri-city was very personable and did an excellent job installing a new whole house filter solution. Experienced professional who was easy to talk to and pointed out features that I will need to know going forward.

Excellent service. The pipes burst in our basement and the plumber was at the house within an hour despite a winter storm. Very thorough and got everything repaired within 2 hours, sent pictures and details about everything completed which is great for insurance. Will definitely use them again!

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received. The plumber (Mike) who came out was amazing. He endured all my questions and a bit of hovering and explained everything I asked. We just got a house one day we don't have running water. I called the City Water, and they recommend us to call the plumbing. I went on geogle search for plumbing, and I found TriCity Pluming. They send, Tyler he explained to me that our water softener broke down and all the beads entered our water system. He did the job well done, and our water now is running great. My only hope is that I hope it did not cost lots. Job well done, Tyler.

Very pleased with the service provided by TriCity plumbing. Mike did a good job of replacing a sink tap set and a toilet wax seal. He paid attention to details, took his time to clean the surfaces before installing new fixtures, then aligning the taps. The toilet was tightened down solid then added a bead of silicone to help secure it. Their prices were reasonable. I would use their services again if needed..
