Needed to replace a shower handle and some water filter/ o rings. The lady at the counter was very helpful, and they had everything I needed in stock. Much better experience compared to the other plumbing suppliers in the area. Will be going back for any other plumbing related material I need in the future.

Had to replace the brass spring piece for our pop up bathtub drain. After failed attempts with Amazon and other businesses I tried One Stop Plumbing in Kitchener. They do accept images via their phone number so I used that approach. OSP responded with an image that looked like a match so I visited their location. Sadly it wasn’t a match and it seems my part would be a huge challenge to locate. But OSP didn’t quit. The wonderful lady I dealt with tried another option and then another and a solution was found. Being able to talk with such a knowledgeable person with many parts on hand was great. A potentially bigger plumbing job was avoided. I highly recommend One Stop Plumbing!!

I went in today to ask about some fittings for my toilet. I recently got a bidet from japan, and because they have different standards for plumbing all the sizes were different than domestic fittings. After going to both home hardware and home depot (after 5, so one stop was closed), they both suggested i go to one stop plumbing. Went there today, and the lady working the store found the fittings I needed in about 5 minutes and explained everything as she was looking. I was also expecting the parts to come out to significantly more than what they did. All in all a good experience, and great customer service.
