So cool, I got my screen replaced quick! They offer camera screens and protection plan! The associate helped me upgrade my screen protection plan to a screen and camera screen protection plan. The plan covers up to two times a $100 repair, including battery replacement! a go to for service for phone screen protectors and general issues like charge receptacle issues.

I was sold a defective refurbished phone and when I returned it for a refund within 7 days as per the purchase policy the store manager refused my refund request stating I had used the phone,, makes no sense.. no customer service and totally unfair by consumer law.. I was here on holiday and had to return home otherwise I would have persuade legal action.. avoid doing business with this company I highly recommend…

Disgraceful business return practice. I bought this last night and the store employee (Koa) opened the packaging and damaged it, I ask if I need to make a return if it would be an issue and he said it would not be. Tonight I did come to return it and was told by a different store employee I could not return it due to packaging. I explained this and asked them to speak to the next person up and was again told that they did not care and would not refund me. They have store cameras and could have contacted the employee. I never took the item out of the box. Be aware, if anything is remotely not perfect when you buy it, they will not be honorable regardless of their return policy.

On a cruise we roamed from British Columbia, Alaska, around Japan and Okinawa watching for a random opportunity to replace shattered lens protectors. “Wait till we get to Honolulu”, we kept telling ourselves. But once there it was still difficult till we stumbled upon this awesome store. No online thing comes with expert hands on staff like Daniel! Treasure this place!
