Only a couple classes in but WOW. The welcoming staff, the supportive and fun environment. I am in love. Never had an experience like this. So very grateful to have found this place. There’s places that preach no judgement but don’t practice it. Here at Triumph it’s truly no judgement and you have no reason to feel anything less than excited and supported in each and every class.

Triumph has quickly become one of my favorite places! The atmosphere is so uplifting, welcoming, and motivating from the moment you walk in. I’ve taken cycling, boxing, build, and the mobilize classes so far, and I am genuinely in love with every single one. Triumph truly has phenomenal instructors, a few I’ve worked with: Gavin, Kristen, Amelia, Bradi, and Kaitlyn. Each of them brings such positive energy, encouragement, and passion to their classes. I especially can’t thank Gavin enough for telling me about Triumph in the first place! He’s the GOAT! The very first class felt like family. Like you belong. There is absolutely zero judgment, which was huge for me. It’s so refreshing to see all different skill levels in every class, and the motivation and support you get, from both the instructors and your neighbors in class is unmatched compared to any other fitness class I’ve ever been to! Triumph isn’t just a workout, it’s a community. I’ll be spreading the Triumph word to everyone I meet! 🔥👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The team at triumph is extremely supportive, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have felt comfortable so quickly, excited to try new classes and meet new instructors, and while I feel confident I also feel like there’s so much room to grow and improve! Super motivating. I drive an hour to come to Triumph, and it’s 100% worth it. I’ve never been someone who feels motivated at a regular gym, but Triumph has completely changed that for me. The atmosphere is so friendly and inviting—you immediately feel comfortable and like you belong. The classes are structured, held in dimly lit rooms, and the music is always loud and energizing, which makes the workouts both fun and therapeutic. For me, it’s more than just a workout, it feels like therapy every time I go. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that’s supportive, motivating, and different from your typical gym!
