This gym has EVERYTHING. A huge boxing ring, an MMA cage, wrestling mats, a BUNCH of lifting equipment, 3 bathrooms with even a shower inside. Think of any workout equipment you might want to use, they have it, its open literally 24/7, for 30 bucks a MONTH !? You cannot beat that. Oh, i forgot to mention, they also teach a variety of different combat-sports arts.

Great gym. No complains about the equipment or the people. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. The only problem I have is during the summer it’s very hot. I don’t know if they don’t have air conditioning or what… but it makes it very hard to lift or train. At some points it’s difficult it breath due to all the trapped heat… they have some fans, but it’s not enough for everyone… but I would still recommend this gym…

The gym is a great place to train! They offer many different martial art classes and the couches that teach them really look out for you and wants to see you succeed! Iv been going to this gym for over 3 years and its more then a gym, it’s a family.

Although it looks like a warehouse from the outside. This is a place of discipline and strength. It offers aerial and personal trainers to help you reach your goals. They have boxing, kickboxing a ta3e Kwon Do. The facility is opened 24 hours a day. It has plenty of parking and exercise equipment to meet your fitness needs. I have classes there and I appreciate all the ways David supports the community.
