I had an amazing experience with the True Force pest control technician! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. He walked us through the chemicals he was using and how they would specifically target our scorpion problem, which was a huge relief. He also went the extra mile to explain how to keep our dog safe during and after the treatment. This level of care and attention to detail made us feel completely at ease. Beyond the excellent pest control service, he was fantastic at explaining the different billing options. He clearly laid out the pros and cons of the quarterly, bi-monthly, and one-time spray plans, which helped us choose the best option for our needs without feeling pressured. Overall, the service was professional, educational, and effective. We highly recommend True Force and their technician for anyone dealing with a pest issue.

I've used TruForce for over 7 years and they are great. I get reminded text/email/call days before to remind me of my upcoming appointment and I can reply with any new concerns. Then day of appointment I get a text of a window time frame to keep the dogs in the house. The technicians are always friendly and do an excellent job.
