First time visiting, and it truly felt like stepping into a different world. I came on a Monday night around 7:45 PM and had booked my reservation ahead of time. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately seated. While all of the inside tables were full, every outdoor table was open, which made the space feel calm, relaxed, and unhurried. The atmosphere was incredibly soothing. Candles were lit throughout the restaurant, and the scent in the air was absolutely amazing—warm, cozy, and inviting. Even the bathroom had candles and smelled wonderful, which I have to highlight because it’s honestly one of the top two best-smelling restaurant bathrooms I’ve ever experienced. That alone says a lot about the level of care and detail here. I ordered a dry red wine produced in Sicily, and it was delicious. For food, I had the hush puppies and the crab fried rice—both were incredible. The hush puppies had such a fun and unique twist with the honey butter and smoked ham. The best way to eat them is to wrap the ham around the hush puppy with the butter like a little pig in a blanket—trust me, it’s next-level good. The crab fried rice was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. Absolutely amazing. Just a heads up that the portions are on the smaller side, so you may want to order a few items to feel fully satisfied. Above all, the service made the night truly special. My waiter, Sean, was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and perfectly balanced—checking in just the right amount and making me feel completely taken care of without ever hovering. He played a huge role in making the evening smooth, fun, and memorable. This experience from start to finish is exactly why I’m giving this restaurant five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ordered the smoked carrots and beat salad and the pork and beef dumplings. The salad was very smoky, so much so that it was like standing over a fire taste. Never had smoky yogurt before but if used correctly could have been a wonderful addition. The beats were sweet which was nice. The overall flavor of the salad was confusing, sometimes it was pleasant sometimes it was harsh and sometimes it had a good mouth feel. It was very confusing. The dumplings were dumplings, can't really race about them as they reminded me of the frozen dumplings from Costco (don't get me wrong I can eat those by the pound). The shiitake tempura was tasty like eating a high class french fry. Service was very nice and polite, the dumplings just took forever to make, kind of ackward when sitting by yourself.
I absolutely love these smash burgers. They're are melt in your mouth delicious. I usually get these when I'm sitting at the bar because I don't think they make them for takeout. it is absolutely worth pulling up to the bar having a nice little cocktail and a smashburger also the strawberry margaritas are very delicious. I've been there numerous times ordered plenty of different items and they are always on point.
Went here for brunch recently. The food was mediocre for brunch. I wasn't impressed. However, the ambience and service was really great. Parking is hard to find, especially on a Sunday due to the farmers market. The coffee was good. The cinnamon bun was good as well, but a little too sweet for my taste. They do rotate flavors of the cinnamon bun.
Every Trust restaurant is great. This one is the best. And it should be since it was the where the chef first got started. We have been coming here for dinner since they opened but this was the first brunch visit. The chicken sando was probably the best one I had. The crunch, seasoning mix of sauces were excellent. If you love Brussels and egg whites, the scramble is the way to go. We ate the sticky bun last which was the right call. If you know you want one, make sure you ask for it to be held when you sit down because they do run out. Our server brightened our day with his recommendations and attentive service.
