My oldest is 28 so I've been taking my kids here for a lot of years. She was pierced by Stan DiMan. Recently, my 12 yo went. Her older sister thought it would be nice to get her ears done at a chain. It was horrible and she eventually begged us to remove them. The next year, they tried again with the same issues. Her ears became angry and infected and we removed them again. Fast forward a few years and she asked again. I said I would take her to a professional piercer. That was last year at TRX. They healed beautifully, we never had a single issue. Well, this year with her christmas money, she wanted a second set of lobe piercings. Gyllian was wonderful with her. My daughter is very anxious by nature and cried a bit. Gyllian talked her through everything. She now has her double ear piercings and is a very happy girl. Thanks TRX!

My experience with TRX and artist Aiden Simpson was simply stellar. I live out of state and after months of eying Aiden’s work on social media I reached out to schedule an appt when I was coming through St Louis. Every communication with Aiden was professional and personable. When it came time for my appt the service was similar from when I walked through the door. From being greeted to filling out paper work everyone was super friendly and efficient. Aiden had done a custom design for me and after a couple last minute edit requests from me he got to work. During the session Aiden made me feel comfortable he chatted with me throughout and was understanding of my fidgeting/gave me plenty of breaks to stretch since I chose a somewhat awkward placement (I learned my lesson and will think placement through better in the future). He went through aftercare making sure I understood, invited me to reach out with any questions that come up and walked me out after the appointment. I am incredibly satisfied! If I could give more stars I would!

My boyfriend and I came in for a walk in, the atmosphere was amazing everyone was super friendly! Aiden helped us he asked Kyle what he wanted and he got straight to sketching up a design, he brought back three sketches. Ultimately Kyle decided on the best one and he got to work, Aiden made sure to communicate the entire time and make sure that he had the right placement for the piece. Being Kyle’s first time he started off with a dot so that he could feel the needle, after that he just kept on going. The piece is phenomenal, it was an amazing first time experience. We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you Aiden and Thank you TRX, you guys are awesome. :)

Had such a great experience! I called to get a pricing on a Daith piercing and instantly the person on the phone was very nice and kind. Zack did my piercing and made me feel so at home and comfortable. He’s been piercing for over 15 years. Everything was clean and sterile. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Will definitely come back when I’m in STL again.

Shop was beautiful and everyone was professional while still having fun and so nice. Aiden was delightful to talk to, patient with rearranging the stencil, and put care into the line work (plus donating part of the proceeds to a great cause). 10/10 recommend going to him!
