Always have a great experience here! I needed a new antenna placed after my garage door fell on top of my car. They not only quoted me the best price, but they also got the part and replaced it very quickly! I also had a major repair here a few years back after an accident and the service was just as wonderful. Always fast and friendly without compromising on attention to detail and great outcomes! 😊

My car was damaged after hit and run through stop sign. The folks at Turbo were fabulous. I worked with Jackie who was very professional, communicated what was happening, and my car was beautiful when I picked it up. in 2-3 weeks time. Thank you all and please communicate my appreciation to the men and woman who did the work on my car.

Outstanding Service at Turbo Auto Body — Highly Recommended! I recently had my car repaired at Turbo Auto Body after a traffic accident, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received. The damage included the driver’s side door, window, rear door, fender, and side mirror — all of which were expertly repaired and repainted. Mr. Shin, the owner, is exceptionally professional, honest, and kind. From start to finish, he made sure everything was handled with care and precision. His staff were also very friendly and consistently kept me informed of the progress with clear updates and excellent communication. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Sanjesh was very helpful. Amazing communication and the service was extremely fast. Turbo auto body is the best shop in Oakland. Anything you need come here and they will get it done in a timely manner. They will also wash your car and shine your tires for you

A good friend recommended Turbo Auto Body to me and I’m glad I took her advice! My car was making strange noises and I had a feeling it was brakes-related. After calling them to explain the situation and make an appointment, they told me I could come in anytime that day. I quickly made my way over. The mechanic test drove my car and carefully inspected it. Sure enough, it was my brakes - they were completely worn out, and were even shown to me. They gave me a fair price for the work and waived the diagnostic fee because I chose to continue with them to service the car. Thinking it was going to take a day or two to fix (they seemed busy), it ended up just taking about 3 hours! They even test drove the car after they fixed it to confirm that the noise stopped, which I really appreciated. I was able to have a happy, silent drive home. Thank you so much for the friendly and professional experience. Going to car shops can be intimidating, so I appreciate their transparency and efficiency!
