I was excited to contact for in-home tutoring, as their website suggested they offered personalized, in-person support. However, when I called, I was disappointed to learn they only provide online tutoring. The staff was polite, but the mismatch between their advertising and actual services left me feeling misled. If you’re specifically looking for in-home help, this might not be the right fit. I’d suggest they update their marketing to reflect their current offerings more accurately.

We have found the perfect tutor for our daughter. Vipul has been a tremendous help in maths for the past 5 months. It's a great fit. I have seen a big improvement in her notes. I truly recommend Tutorax!

Worse experience I’ve ever had. The lack of professionalism from the tutors this company hires is astounding. I hired them to teach French to my children, and the service was consistently disappointing. The first tutor kept cancelling at the last minute—multiple times. Apparently, it’s perfectly fine for them to cancel with no notice, but if you cancel, they will still charge you. On the day we were finally supposed to have a class, she texted asking if she could be late. I replied that she needed to be on time, as we had other plans that day. Her response? She told me to “go find another tutor.” She was angry that I asked her to please be on time especially after repeated cancellations. Just wow. The second tutor seemed promising at first, but quickly followed the same pattern—cancelled last minute, showed up late for the next session, and during the third class, I heard her sigh “Oh god” in an exasperated tone when my child asked her to repeat instructions he didn’t understand. To make things worse, she then assigned him a three-minute oral presentation in French—after only three beginner-level classes. My child is a complete beginner. This expectation was unrealistic, and her attitude was discouraging. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for qualified, respectful, and reliable language tutors.

My daughter and son both have their own difficulties when it comes to school. My son is dyslexic so English and French is pretty complicated for him. Melissa is an absolute gem as their tutor. She's very devoted and extremely organized with her work and giving them work to work on. She gives me a come back at the end on their difficulties and what she plans on working with them for the next session. Very satisfied with her services.

After hearing about Tutorax, I decided to contact them for French tutoring for my son. He is in grade 10 and he is dyslexic. It took a while to find the right fit. We finally found the perfect one(Isabella ) and she is fantastic. She is very quick in replying to emails. She is fantastic and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tutorax. It took about a week to find the perfect fit. Also he was almost failing his French class and with only 2 sessions he passed his exams.
