First time ever at Two Hands Chiropractic and I swear the staff there is amazing!! Very professional but made me feel like family!! The place itself is so calming and relaxing!! I’m so grateful to have found the best of the best here in Austin — Two Hands Chiro. I genuinely didn’t realize how much pressure my body was holding until someone who really knows what they’re doing worked on me. With endo — especially when it spreads everything in the pelvis gets tight and reactive. The nerves stay irritated, the organs feel crowded, and the whole spine starts compensating. When your alignment is off, it adds even more pressure to areas that are already inflamed. The right chiropractor can help release that tension so your organs aren’t fighting for space and your nerves can actually calm down. After my first adjustment, once that pressure lifted, I slept better than I have in months and felt this wave of relief I didn’t even know was possible. I’m truly grateful for what I’m learning about my body, and even more grateful to have found someone in Austin who can support this kind of healing.

After seeing Dr Gravely over a few months, my neck pain has subsided so much. I am no longer in severe pain. He is very efficient and effective in what he does. . He makes you feel like new and I highly recommend him. Plus, has a great and friendly staff.
