Karim did an amazing job! Walk through the whole process and fixed my screen and vacuumed/ cleaned my phone. I didn’t know that was a service they provided until he mentioned it. Really impressed by how fast he did the fix and his customer service skills! You can tell he cares about his customers! Thank you very much Karim!
Communicative from the start. Anthony was on top of letting me know his ETA and once he arrived the professionalism was clear. He explained everything clearly, went to his repair van and much to my amazement was able to fix both the front and back glass of my iPhone including a clean up of the components. He was in and out just under an hour and I’m thrilled to have my phone running again. Thank you Anthony! You’re great at what you do and I appreciate your hard work and kindness!
Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the technician who came out to fix my son’s phone, but he was quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. He not only addressed the battery issue we were having, but also replaced the screen during the same visit. The service was efficient and hassle-free, and the phone works perfectly now. I really appreciated the professionalism and quality of work. Highly recommend uBreakiFix for phone repairs.
DO NOT BRING A CONSOLE HERE FOR REPAIR!!! ZERO COMMUNICATION! If I could give a NEGATIVE 10 star review I would! [ ] Dropped off console on Nov 5th, they said 5-7 business days is usual turn around. [ ] ZERO COMMUNICATION for 3 weeks unless I called them. Which I did every 7 days for an update which I shouldn't have to do. The business should call you with updates. [ ] Week two they said power supply was ordered but is delayed in shipping (They also didn't know the actual issue with the PS5 nor did they say they completed the diagnostics). They have 1 person working on consoles and an increase in consoles being brought in for repair. **If this were the case, they should have been upfront from the initial drop off date so we are not wasting our time.** []Week 3 Tony says they have the power supply, allegedly called about the repair quote 4 days ago, but i never got a call nor a voicemail. They claim they are having Comcast issues. []Management needs to change their business practices via proper communication practices for the customer throughout the repair process which wasn't done. I WILL NEVER BRING MY BUSINESS BACK HERE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO EITHER!
Karim Kareem was as efficient as possible. He was a gentleman and took care of the phone in less than 15 minutes. Very skilled and the overall experience was wonderful. I highly recommend Kareem!
