I am very dissatisfied with the service I received at this business. My visit began as a request to add freon to my air conditioning unit, but after the initial inspection, I was informed that a new climate control panel needed to be ordered. Upon my return, I was told that another part was now required and was advised that I would likely continue to experience further problems with my unit. Ultimately, I was charged nearly $1,000.00 for the repairs, and now my heater is not working. This experience was frustrating due to the lack of clear communication, shifting diagnoses, and the suggestion that additional issues were to be expected without offering a concrete solution. I am disappointed by the overall quality and transparency of the service and would appreciate more accurate information and straightforward repairs in the future.
