We were greeted professionally with Steve & politely. He's knowlegeable & accomodated .Good service, although he said the repair will take 2hrs, he fixed the problem just a little over an hour . He was very efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

It's rubbish! Five days like my Xbox that I sent to be cleaned and serviced, and they didn't fix it because they found a little animal inside. What kind of stupidity is that? And wasn't it supposed to be cleaned?

A very easy experience overall! I came in for a switch repair last week (very stressed and worried because I just bought it 2 months ago) and the man who took care of me (I forgot his name, I’m so sorry) was very respectful and quick! He told me the issue within two hours while I went and ran errands and sadly it was not an easy fix and that he would have to send it to be fixed. I am a full time college student who also works so I told him I may be a little late when it came to picking up and he was extremely understanding. The only issue I have is the price but it’s a price I’m willing to pay to have good service!
